Organic Stones

Geode stones are round, crystal lined formations that occur when water passes through a pocket of air trapped in sedimentary or volcanic rocks and leave mineral deposits behind.  Each geode is a surprise when opened, since over a period of thousands of years, mineral variations in the water form crystal layers that vary in color and content.

Geodes are seen as useful for grounding and meditation, and are linked to feminine and healing energies.

Created naturally over millions of years, Druzy stones are tiny quartz crystals that form when ground water carries natural minerals across an area of rock and rapidly cools.  The appeal of druzy material is its multitude of tiny crystals providing a reflective surface reminiscent of sugar or snow.  Each type of druzy has particular characteristics, such as crystal size, luster and color. Our druzy are not dyed or processed.

Druzy is said to help aid in increasing energy and balancing the body.

Stalactites are formed at the roof of a cave and begin with one drop of mineral-rich water and can grow anywhere from a quarter-inch to a full inch every century. With rings of varying size and color, the inside of a stalactite tells the history of the cave in which it formed, and can resemble the rings of a tree.

Stalactite is associated with inner growth and power and discovery of the higher self.

These creatures lived in the seas between 400 – 65 million years ago, when they became extinct.  Typically an ammonite fossil will be preserved by being buried in fine sediment at the bottom of the sea.

The unique appearance of ammonite fossils make them the perfect centerpiece of elegant but simple jewelry and décor.

It is believed that Ammonite brings stability and order in life, and eases spiritual growth and development.
