Nina Nguyen Celeb Remix

Nina Nguyen Celeb Remix

Today we’re excited to introduce a new monthly feature, Nguyen Celeb Remix. Once a month we’ll be showing you how to get the looks right off the red carpet and sharing how we would do it with a touch of Nina Nguyen flair!

Kipton Earrings and Carrie Underwood

To start off our remix we’re highlighting country star Carrie Underwood at the 40th Annual American Music Awards in 2012 in a stunning sequin plum dress by Lebanese designer Abed Mahfouz. Carrie knows how to dazzle on the red carpet. She decided to pair her sparkling dress with oval shaped neutral chandelier earrings. We would remix this look with the Kipton Earrings in Druzy & Geode ($395). The color tones in these earrings would complement the plum color in her dress perfectly!

Nina Dobrev Bilthe Bracelet

Next we have Nina Dobrev, seen here in Vera Wang at Elle’s 19th Annual Women in Hollywood Celebration.  The 23 year old actress, most commonly known for her role on the CW’s Vampire Diaries, is wearing a striking blue lace dress and styled her look with strappy Jimmy Choo sandals. With this look we would have preferred Dobrev to have chosen an eye-catching bracelet, like the Blithe Bracelet in White Druzy & Pearl ($295) instead of earrings. With a high neckline dress like this, it’s tough to accessorize. The pearls in this bracelet would have played off the sparkle in her dress and complemented the high neckline.

Jennifer Lawrence Bella Earrings2

Lastly, we have Jennifer Lawrence who is seen here in Los Angeles, CA at the premiere of her latest movie Silver Linings Playbook. Jennifer is wearing a short coat dress by Christian Dior Spring 2013 paired with a Roger Vivier bag. We’re loving the simplicity here! We think Jennifer made a wise choice by choosing small delicate earrings, which is why we’re matching this look with our very own Bella Earrings in Sand Druzy ($245).

Happy Accessorizing!
